Pros: Hard rubber case that is black and snaps onto my phone.

Cons: Did not respond to my questions and would not accept any food or water no matter how hard I tried to cram it into the USB hole.

Nice hard rubber grippy feel to it, which is nice since the Captivate is such a slippery phone. It protects the phone well, I dropped it the other day from about 12 inches up onto concrete and I can't even find a scuff on the case. No interference to any of the buttons, plugs or touchscreen, lines up perfectly to the camera. My only complaint is how hard it was to get all of the little tabs to hold the two pieces of the case together. When I dropped it about half of them came apart and I had to wrestle them back together again (took a couple of minutes). It does seem like it's going to be a chore to get them apart when I have to open it up, like other reviewers mentioned. Overall, it protects the phone well, doesn't interfere with it's use, provides good grip for one handed operation and isn't too bulky. I like it.
